How you can continue your drawing journey after the course
Illustrator Sohyun Cho
Hello. My name is Cho So-hyun and I enjoy expressing tiny bits of happiness found in my daily life and during my travels into different art forms. I usually encounter my ideas in my casual everyday. Though my subject or theme might seem too ordinary, I try to pay more attention and give more effort in depicting the color tone and the mood.
What makes drawing so attractive is that everyone’s final work end up looking very different even though we all drew the same subject.
During my early illustrator days, I mostly hand drew my works. However, after getting exposed to the charm of digital tools that allowed me to broaden my expressions, I started drawing on Photoshop.
And I naturally switched over to iPad drawing because I just simply love travelling and don’t like to stay at home. I can definitely say that Apple pencil as well as Procreate application are marvelous inventions.
Drawing is genuinely a fun hobby. People say it is the worst when your hobby becomes your actual job. I disagree with this because I’ve been drawing since middle school as a hobby and even though I am working full time as an illustrator, I still love drawing.
And I want to share this joy and love with my students on Class101.
I can assure you that I won’t make you bored! Now, let’s get started :)
- Who wants to record his/her daily life in illustration
- Who had difficulties in drawing various poses and characters
- Who felt very bored when drawing on an iPad
- Who want to learn simple and touching drawing style with the iPad
