Class Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your class, we will deduct the refund depending on much you’ve watched the course
  • After 1 months from the purchase date, you will not be able get refund

 

Class Kit Return Policy:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be returned within 30 days since the delivered date.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once approved, we will be providing the return label and invoice for the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We won’t be able to provide the return label for some kits depending on the supplier. These kits will need to be shipped directly to the address provided.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • You must report any damages or missing items within 30 days of receiving the kit. Otherwise, we will not be able to return & refund.

 

We do not accept the return of the following items:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are customized, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
  • Any item not in its original condition, used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Once we process the refund, it may take several days (5~10 business days) for your bank to get it officially posted. If you are still having issues, please contact our support team at support@101.inc

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items may be refunded according to the refunds section. However, if you wished to refund class access while keeping the package, the amount on the package will be set at a regular price since the discount has been made for the all-in-one package. As a result, one will get the amount of payment to subtract from the regular price of the package.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@101.inc

 

Gift card

If the item was purchased with a gift credit, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
